Refreshing Drink: Pina Colada

Pineapples are almost always available in the market and i have seen that sometimes it is little difficult for people to enjoy this delicious and healthy fruit due to its prickly nature. Actually, there is a plant protease enzyme called Bromelain present in the pineapple which gives pineapple this unique characteristic.

Pineapple has so many good nutrients and it helps us in various problems. To say a few, pineapple:
Reduces Inflammation
Improves Blood Circulation
Strengthen Bones
Improve Heart Health
Rich in Vitamin C, so a lot of antioxidants
Prevent Cancer
High in Fibre
One should definitely take the benefits from this tropical fruit. So, to separate you all from that prickling problem, i have made this awesome and healthy summer drink recipe. I am sure, you will love it and it will definitely not sore your tounge.

Ingredients
1 cup chopped Pineapple
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Coconut Water
1.5 tsp Honey
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a jar and blend.
