Yes, i am posting the recipe of a sandwich. You might be wondering that how is the sandwich healthy and what makes me to post this recipe? I know, i always say that, "breads are not healthy", "do not fall for the gimmicks these marketing people throw at you", "brown breads are not actually healthy, they are just white breads with added brown color" and all of that. But believe me, all of this is true. So, what makes me post a sandwich recipe on my blog.

Well, there are two reasons for that. One, i am making this sandwich with a whole wheat flour bread.

Yes, the bread which i am using has 69% of whole wheat flour and second, the stuffing which i am using is a very good protein source. So, the recipe of a healthy protein-rich veg sandwich !!
