Non Veg Diet for Weight Gain

For those of you who think that weight gain is easy and requires no proper planning of diet, let me tell you that weight gain is as difficult as weight loss. Both of these require proper diet plan, patience and time. A lot of you have asked for a weight gain diet on my YouTube channel Nainja Kapoor. So, after giving few weight loss diet samples, today i am going to give you a Non Veg Weight Gain Diet. For all of you vegetarian people, do not worry, very soon i am going to post a vegetarian diet for gaining weight. But right now, it's time for a Non Veg Weight Gain Diet.

Without taking too much of your time in am straight getting in to the 3 days diet plan which i have designed for you all to gain weight. Every person can follow this diet plan. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, allergic to any particular food which is included in this diet plan, having any particular medical disorder like diabetes or on any special medicinal course, you do not want to follow this diet without consulting your doctor. This diet plan is for gaining weight and in above said special conditions, dietary requirements are different than the dietary requirements of a normal person. Children should also not follow this diet plan as their dietary requirements are also different. I will upload a diet plan for children separately. So, here is the diet plan to lose weight in a healthy way:

This is a non vegetarian diet plan. It would be little difficult for you to turn this plan in to a vegetarian one by removing non veg food. So, please do not change it. I will upload a veg diet plan to gain weight as well. you can follow that.
If you have any query regarding this diet plan you can comment below and i will try my best to explain you the things. If you decide to follow this diet plan, i would suggest you to:
Follow it for 2 months at least and you can have a weight gain of 4-5 kgs.
Maintain your physical activity while you follow this diet. You certainly do not have to go to the gym. Just a daily normal walk of 40-45 mins will do the job.
Maintain your water intake of 3-4 ltrs during this period and you will definitely get the results you want.
C'mon it is not that hard to follow, specially when you want to achieve a good health.
