Mango Ginger Mojito

Mangoes are everyone's favourite and when the season comes we want to enjoy this king of fruits to the maximum. Apart from savouring it in shakes, chutneys, curries and jams, you can also enjoy it in your other drinks. Why not make a mojito out of it? Like the traditional recipe, we are not going to add any alcohol in it but still i can guarantee you that its worth trying.

Recipe:
Ingredient:
Sugar Syrup: half a glass
Mango: 1 nos
Ginger: 1/2 tsp (Grated)
Lemon: 2 nos
Mint Leaves: 3-4 nos
Rose Syrup: 1 tsp
Chilled Water: 3 glasses
Ice Cubes: 5-6 nos
Method:
Let's start by making sugar syrup first. Pour half a glass of plain water in a pan and add 2 tbsp of sugar in it. Bring it to a boil and reduce the flame. Let all the sugar get melt and then switch off the flame. Keep aside to get it cool down to room temperature.
Now, peel the mango and remove the seed. Then chop it in to pieces. Put them in a hand blender with the grated ginger, mint leaves and ice cubes and make a puree.
Add this mango puree in the sugar syrup and then add the water.
Squeeze lemons in it and mix thoroughly.
Your Mango Ginger Mojito is ready.
Just before serving, add ice cubes to the glass and pour 1 tsp of rose syrup on it. Now add Mango Ginger Mojito and serve it chilled and enjoy!!
