One question which i always ask myself when i sit down to have my meal is, "Where is my protein"? It means i always make sure that i am having a fair amount of proteins in my diet. Now, as i am allergic to egg, i cannot include egg in my diet and believe me, egg to me is the wonderful, easy to make and cheapest source of protein. But alas, i cannot have that. So, i always try to look out for some easy to make protein-rich recipes, which i can quickly make and have to replenish my fair share of protein.
I have seen the recipe of this dressing somewhere i am not able to recollect, but i thought it would be amazing to try this out and ever since i was looking for the chance to use this dressing in any of my salad because as you all know, peanut butter is my favourite. The other day i got this chance. I was left with some boiled garbanzo beans and i gave it a try. Boy, it turned out excellent. The perfect combination of the tastes and aroma made it mouth-watering.
To feel the actual taste, you have to try it on your own. So, let me describe this protein-rich mouth-watering recipe now.

Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled Garbanzo beans (white channa)
2 tbsp Almonds
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1.5 tbsp Maple syrup/Honey
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1/4th tsp Red chilli powder
1/4th tsp salt
Method:
1. Gather all your ingredients first.

2. For dressing, take peanut butter, maple syrup/honey, lemon juice, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl together.

3. Now, mix it very well with the help of a fork or whisk.

4. Add in the boiled garbanzo beans and mix well.

5. Garnish it with chopped almonds or any nut of your choice and the easiest and the healthiest salad is ready to serve.

Note
You can use any other nut or a combination of nuts, of your choice.
Adjust the level of sweetness according to your taste as sometimes the lemon requires a little more of a sweetness.
